Overview
VT-42S-TS is a mini automatic fiber optic cable fusion splicer for SM, MM, DS, NZ-DS (G655), EDF and other optical fibers. Despite its compact size, it is fully equipped with unprecedented features to ensure high quality splices even in the harshest environmental conditions. VT-42S-TS performs fiber core alignment using the PAS (Profile Alignment System) method. By this method, the alignment process of the 2 optical fiber ends is automatically aligned and continuously dynamically responded in 2 X/Y axes by analyzing the images of 2 cameras. The new splice area is protected by an outer coating or splice protector. The splice protector is a heat shrink tube that minimizes splice loss when subjected to external forces and is durable over time.

Warranty policy: The welding machine will be replaced with genuine parts and accessories free of charge within 24 months. The company commits to handle the warranty within 24-48 working hours from the time of receiving the machine. In case of emergency, the company will support the rescue of other equipment for use during the processing time.
